
Screw Types
Screws are divided into 5 groups according to their thread shape.
- Triangle Screws: The thread angles are large. The screw pitch (helix) is small. For this reason, it is used for fastening screw purposes.
- Trapezoidal Screws: Used as movement screws.
- Square Screws: They are preferred to transmit force.
- Saw Screws: Because they are curved in one direction, they are preferred in areas where unidirectional forces are applied.
- Round Screws: It is preferred in moist areas such as sand, dust and soil.
